Lake Havasu & London Bridge

We took a side trip on a whim to Lake Havasu. It was nice to take a look around and walk along the connection between the Colorado River with the lake. I got the pleasure of seeing the London Bridge a recreation of a beautiful stone bridge which we walked across. I fell in love with some of the carvings of the bridge itself and repetitive patterns. The beach party scene was not for me but it was nice to be close to the lake. On the way back to 40 we also saw this beautiful classic car.

Cute little lighthouse on Lake Havasu.

Loved the repetitive shapes and shadows of the simple things like a chain linked fence along the waterfront.
Detail of one of the lamps.

Beautifully carved fish on each of the lamps.
More beautiful repetitive shapes.
Love this classic car. My favorite color too.
