Safe Haven Rescue Zoo

Went to this amazing non-profit rescue place for animals in Imlay, Nevada called Safe Haven Rescue Zoo (www.safehavenwildlife.com) Saw some beautiful large cats. Wish people would leave them in the wild more often and not try to keep them as "pets". So glad to see them cared for so wonderfully by Safe Haven.

New Bobcat that was living in an apartment before coming to Safe Haven.

Choi Hu, a female Siberian Tiger, was a previously owned pet in Washington. Her owners were divorcing and could no longer keep here and she was placed with Safe Haven in 2009.

Ifa & Kovu are two male African Lions recently places with Safe Haven. They were previously housed at a Texas facility that closed its doors due to the struggling economy.

Lulu, a female Siberian Tiger, was a previously owned pet in Washington. Her owners were divorcing and could no longer keep here and she was placed with Safe Haven in 2009.

One of the Red Foxes that can not be released back into the wild.
